That would be cool. I had the perfect one for that too, but I sold it about 3 years ago. It was a '78, completely unmolested, bone stock. It still had the factory hub caps on it. It needed quarter panels, but other than that it was pretty solid.

Insurance companies blah blah blah.

They just go with the facts of whatever study was done and if somebody takes them to court, they will win.
You see, though, in my opinion, the situation isn't simple enough to employ one rule to apply to all situations. A significant portion of our clientele does not have the money to keep decent tires on all four corners of their vehicle at all times.

So, let's say that I'm working on an Impala (FWD, by the way), and all four tires are shot. I mean, JUNK. Assume all four have cord showing through the rubber due to tread wear. The customer only has money to replace two of them. If I'm doing the work here, you better believe that I'm putting the two new tires on the steer locations. That way, if one of the junk tires blow, it'll be on the rear and hopefully less catastrophic that way.

Trying to hide the shame eh?!
haha jk.
I'd say nice lookin truck, but Im not a big fan of the 'round look' which is why i love the OBS so much.

And its not just Dodge... chevy.. even some of the Fords I dont care for. They CAN look good, but I feel like bumpers, headache racks, lights, and other accessories are necessary on NBS, but a Clean, straight, rust free OBS will get my vote any day!

Now what we REALLY need. is a 79 F350 CC with all the wonderfulness a 7.3 can bring to the table! lol

I think the older trucks look cooler in general.

Wow, dude. What a nice thing to say.

Edit: I guess the post that I was responding to here got deleted, and for good reason. So if you're reading this wondering what in the world I'm talking about, it's no longer there, lol.

^^^x2 no need to be rude.
Remember we are all here to help keep trucks running good, or make them even BETTER than they were stock, and to have some good community while doing so. Or if you're certain people (not naming names, but one has a Mare, and the other has a CC gasser waiting to be worked on) then you're just here to mess with people!

No need for blunt statements such as that.

IMHO this forum isnt so much just about the trucks, but its about the people.
If you want to solely look at Ford trucks then go to google images.
Just my opinion on that matter.

Life dont always let ya have what ya want, and Mike's situation called for it.
Im sure if he could (or anyone else) he would have bought 6 different PSDs (orrrrrr a few broncos to drop a PSD into!) lol

im just sayin ya should be careful about what ya put in text.
