Just a word of advice, don't run KOER tests unless you're trying to diagnose something. When you hook up AE and strange codes show up with no symptoms to match, just clear the codes and see what comes back.
I've seen all sorts of strange random codes show up using AE on my truck. Several of them were for parts my truck doesn't even have. I just ignore the stuff that seems random or doesn't make sense based on how the truck is running when codes pop up.
Okay so what about the other ones. Those are there every time I hook up to AE. I clear them and they come back.
That comm bus fault concerns me more than the others. That means something is not talking to the other devices, or something thinks a device is out there to talk to, but it doesn't exist. I'd check all your connections on your transmission. Make sure they're clean and locked. Did you do any mods to your truck?

Not recently...I had the granny rebuilt a couple years ago.
