steering wheel
i just replaced my ps gear box and now i have alot of play in my steering wheel, up and down and left to right like a bolt or nut needs tightened in the steering wheel. the shaft to the gear box and under the dash dont move just the steering wheel. i tried searching on this site with no luck

Sounds like your upper column bearings may have let go. Read my past threads and you too can learn all about it. Everyone says to get a junkyard column, but buyer beware. I got a column with good bearings, but bad ignition actuator. back to square one for me.

it is just the steering wheel that moves not the column, but where can i find the berrings i checked the local parts store and rockauto with no luck. i will call the jy tom to price a column.
