I just picked up my 2012 F250 week before last.. and all is good.. except using sync.
a couple things I don't get yet..
my home contact entry has two numbers.. when I say 'Call Home' it says 'multiple numbers, use the arrow keys to select' what arrow keys? none do anything..
on my prior nav with handsfree and blackberry, it would prompt, phone 1 or phone 2? I can't get Sync to do that or accept 'call home at phone1' (see second question)
second, when looking at the phone examples it says 'call bob at home'..
I 'assume' this means that somehow I have to get my phone (iphone 4s) to have an entry for Bob labeled 'home'
I can't speak for your particular system, but with the Sync in my wife's Fusion, we had to re-name a couple numbers in the phone due to similar key words, etc. BTW, the one I won't reprogram for her is my number. Several years ago, I helped her program her cel so it said "Mr Wonderful" next to my cel number. It was kind of a private joke and only appeared on her phone when she was calling or reciveing from me. Instead of re-programming every new phone, she just had the store transfer the SIM card info whenever she got a new phone, so even all these years later, it's still there. Now she actually has to say "Call Mr Wonderful" when she's in the Fusion, which I get a kick out of, especially when I know she's got a passenger...
Sam Congrats on the new Truck!! The entry in your Iphone for Home when you look in the phone what are the 2 entries the number are under? ie. are they entered under Cell, Home, Work? once you know then try asking Sync to "call Home at...." at whatever the entry is under. If this doesn't work then you may need to rename 1 of the number's under Home.
As for your second question if you have a entry "Bob" in your phone with multiple number's for his Cell, Home, or Work. you can say "Call Bob at Home" or you can say "call Bob on Cell" and the Sync can see the number's under that contact in your phone, and should call the correct number. You don't need to have a contact entry for both just 1 entry named Bob. Hope this wasn't to confusing!! Good Luck I find Sync very useful!!!

Thx. There were two numbers with the label 'Home'. It wasn't obvious how to change the labels but I got it now. Adding the other number to some contact entries solves the 'at' problem. Wish they had added a couple sentences about that in the sync manual.
