tire size help plzzzz

tallest widest tire possible on a 74 f250, stock hieght, givin up on lift kits. so if any1 can tell me the biggest widest tire i can run, that would b appriciated

such an old truck that is unlikely all springs and hangers are OEM, and even if they are, there is no telling how worn and sagged they are. You'll probably just have to measure. Someone on the forum could have a similar truck and newer springs and you might buy new tires that don't fit.

74 F250 4x4? Stock i wouldnt go over 35"X12.5". Idk what to put on a 2wd

12.50" is about as wide as you can go, any wider and you'll rub/hit the control valve on right hand turns

37" would be about the max height, though you'll most likely rub the control valve on right hand turns, albeit slight, if you want a "rub free" fit i'd go no bigger than 35"

on my camper special 2wd im running 285/50r20 they are 31.22" on an eagle alloy 063 10" wide rims. Im just now noticing some minor rubbing on the sway bars but i think its from going in reverse maneuvers? I have room for more now that ive added air shocks in front and im going to get some about 34" but wouldnt have that room without air shocks, the rear i have plenty room!

On a highboy, you would be able to run 36/12.50's just fine. are u running 16.5's?
