torque shift 6 trans problems?

I just got my 2012 F250 6.2 liter, well it has 1200 miles and the transmission seems to shift real soft and sloppy. If i want to pass someone doing 50 MPH it down shifts to second gear and screams at 6,000 RPM. When taking off in a turn it seems to hesitate or get caught in the sloppy 1 - 2 shift and it just feels weird. Anybody have problems like this? Oh it seems much better when towing in drive or when driving in tow/haul mode. I have an appointment at the dealer but they do not know of any TSB for transmission. The torque shift in my 07 6 liter diesel seemed MUCH better and more precise.
