Trans issue?
Hi,
My 2010 F-250 with a 6.4 diesel, Auto had a bit of a moment driving home.
The transmission did not and would not shift in to high gear.
I already had driven it about 6 miles and after going thru an intersection it would not shift up to high.
I tried the tow/ haul mode and back, continued to drive it letting up to convince it to shift , no avail.
Only after slowing down enough for it to shift into a lower gear first , then it shifted normally right up in to high. Never bothered before and did not act up again , Even after 2 more intersections. 92,000 miles young
Any clues as to what is going on?
