02 Explorer making chirp

02 Explorer making chirp
I have a 2002 Explorer with 147K that makes a chirping sound when I start it and the engine is cold. So far I have replaced the serpentine tension-er and the water pump. After about 10 minutes of running the noise stops. With the belt off the idler pulley spins freely. It does have the original power steering pump. All suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.

CPS chirp is common, verify with a stethoscope.

I added a couple drops of oil to shaft, hasn't chirped in 5 yrs.... Philip
