I called Vibrant Performance today to order some of the bellows. They don't sell directly to the public, so they gave me the number to one of their distributors in Delaware called Vertex Industries. I called them and ordered four of the bellows, and guess what.......they were only $29.95 each from them!
The four bellows and shipping were $128.39 total. I have two extra bellows for mistakes or a second set of pipes, hopefully the second set of pipes!

I got on Vertex Industries web site and the place that has these bellows I'm assuming is a division of Vertex called Verocious Motorsports. Vibrant Performance Stainless Steel Bellow Assembly

I'll definately take lots of pics! The bellows should be here early next week, so I'm gonna get started on them as quick as I can. My clutch and flywheel will be here about the same time and I wanna get the pipes done so I can get the clutch and flywheel in and get it all put back together.

Taking money away from our sponsors who sell the overpriced OBS up pipes?

I'd like to see the pics too. I don't think welding on the bellows will be that big a deal. The hard part will be, what are you going to change on the upper connection to eliminate the donut gaskets? I don't think it's the bellows that are the expensive part of the bellowed up pipes, but the new collector and fittings. Almost seems like you'd need the motor pulled from the truck to figure that part out.

What?!...........it's not like I'm gonna be mass producing them and selling them or anything! LOL!!!
For the flanges at the collector, what I had in mind was taking one of the clamps that bolt to the collector for the donut gasket and trace it on to a piece of 3/8" plate and cut them out of that and use this Buy Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seal Exhaust Gasket Material 5960 at Advance Auto Parts for gaskets. The 3/8" flange will be welded to the pipe with enough of the pipe sticking out to go into the collector.

Sounds like you need to get better organized then.

I wonder if the international gaskets would fit or work or be easy enough to modify or copy? Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines

I don't know, but I think I'm gonna go ahead and order those and if they will work with my flanges, I'll use those. Thanks for the link Chris!

That's all I need to know. I'm looking into have my stock turbo rebuilt to a 66mm so I got a little time for you to finish.

Well those are from the super duty up pipes, but we know they work on those in Internationals set up. Since they're cheap enough, I figured if they don't fit, it would give you a design and template to copy to make something that does fit.

I would think a couple of different size pieces of pipe and a press could create a flare close enough to the ones you're ordering to make things work.

Heck, send an email to Bob first and see if he can get the same part from the OBS up pipe kit if it's different.

I think you can leave the top of the pipes alone.

This it Travis T4 mount. Maybe it will give you something to work with

You'd basically have to get rid of the stock collector to do it that way and then mandrel bend up some tubing to make it all fit right. Seems like it would be easier to just install bellows in the up pipes and then fix the joint at the collector, or am I missing something because I'm focusing too much on the SD set up in my mind? OBS is the same set up, just a square plate connector to the turbo instead of round, right?

My main goal is to eliminate the donut gaskets. Having a flat surface flange with a good gasket to bolt to my collector seems to be the easiest way I could think of to do it.
