T500 installed on my e99
First impression = Wow way better throttle response. Part of that probably has to do with my old IPR falling apart a few years ago. Funny how it still ran ok.

Second impression = Wow way better mid range to top end power! It actaully pulls hard above 2500, better than it ever has.

Third impression = TBD. I'll update MPG's after I go through this tank. The truck has actually been improving it's mileage up till now despite having nearly 300k miles.
e99 guys this is really a mod that you can feel the results instantly. Clay @ RiffRaff carries the T500.
*Public Service Announcement* If you buy or have bought a T500 try to make an effort to get your core back to Terminator Engineering. Joey is doing his best to satisfy demand, but it's tough when he doesn't have enough cores!
Did a couple videos of ICP and IPR DC while towing the trailer last week.

Towing with the T-500 starting at 55.wmv - YouTube
So far I've noticed an increase of about 1mpg towing and empty,
But I tend to have a heavy foot, so I imaging 2-3 mpg could be possible if your driving habits are more bourgeois than mine.

What you didn't want to think of yourself as NOT driving like normal people do. LOL I think being able to get 1mpg when towing is "HUGE" in it's self. And I think the T500 is the best upgrade you can do for a stock E99.Now I have installed a T500 and I haven't seen any improvements yet!! Since I still haven't been able to drive my truck yet.
But I am glad I did do a T500 when I did.

I have good acceleration in the lower RPM band, but things go limp in the higher RPM band. On the stock tune, the limp thing happens at 2800 RPM. On the 80e tune, my acceleration is strong until around 2200-2800 (depending on how hard I bury it), then it's just a yawner. I bought an AutoEnginuity with the Ford bundle and started graphing the engine performance during WOT runs.
The PCM will defuel the engine if boost gets too high, so I looked into that and learned defueling in stock mode was taking place after a loss off pressure from my HPOP (Injector Control Pressure or ICP). My HPOP performance in the 80e tune was a total trainwreck with my ICP falling on its face early in the game. Closer scrutiny showed the tune trying to compensate for the low oil pressure - like somebody opening a kitchen faucet more if the water pressure is low. This attempt to get more oil from a weak pump just made matters worse. Dialing a tune to compensate for a weak pump is not the call - that's pretty much what my stock tune does now. It's new pump time, so I ordered one and I will be installing it next weekend at a FTE gathering near Seattle. I will be doing a full write-up with before and after pictures and graphs - once all the bubbles work their way out of the oil lines.

I just finished the first tank full since install. I *think* my mileage increased about 1 MPG.
The reason I say this is because I did the math and got 16.3 MPG for the tank.

This is the 2nd best mileage I've ever achieved next to a 16.9 I got once about 9 years and 150,000 miles ago. In that case I was doing mostly 55-60 MPH up and down HWY 101 in the carpool lane.
In this case I was driving mostly 65-75 MPH with some 80 and stop n go thrown in. Recently under the same exact conditions I've been getting right about 15 MPG.
