ghost in the machine?
Horn went off this morning all by itself...had to start truck and then it finally stopped....truck sat for 4 months with batteries conected due to family emergency.
Anybody have any ideas? Truck ran fiine and had zero electrical isues before I left it.

I do... problem is it's in my truck! 
Try car-part.com. I got a PCM for my truck for $125... what's cool is I was able to search an exact PCM code, that's how specific it is. Give it a shot!

Hmmm... I'd want to find a way to eliminate the possibility of some RF anomaly before I started ordering parts. It's possible something in the area is tripping the panic circuit, or something bumped your button.

dash lights won't work, windows work intermitantly, horn goes off by self...gonna go with GEM wet due to cracked windshield yesterday...
so fix window and hope GEM is not damaged, as finding one sounds tough.

I fixed a digital camera one time that was hit with sea foam on the coast. I opened it up, washed the salt off the board with isopropyl alcohol, blew it out, and re-assembled. It's still working a year later. I only bring this up because it may be necessary to remove conductive stuff off the board if the first method doesn't work.
