Holy Crap! There are some really vague laws and standards in Missouri. In Pa. and La., the lift laws were precise and enforced to the letter. I'll bet Earthquake would be street legal here. ...That's awesome!
It actually surprises me that there aren't more huge trucks around. Although if there were, the lift laws would start to get more clear and enforced more. That's usually how it works.

And I actually believe that anything over 11,500 gvrw there is no limit on the bumper heights. Which is amazing. I know alot of guys out my way all have lifted trucks and there is one rolling around that it running tractor sized tires and its street legal.
