Radius arm bushings

Can one of you guys with the parts CD look up something for me. 1986 F350 2WD, the radius arms for the front axle have a spacer on the back side that does not come in an aftermarket set. I need the PN for them so I can see if I can find a pair, for some reason, after only 26 years, one of mine is split.

Chris it looks like 3B244. My truck, of course, has the forged axles and king pins. It is a crew cab if they make that distinction.
