What size lift are you installing? Because when I installed mine "4" I had to make 8" blocks for the jacks to sit on in order to lift my truck, I also had 12-ton stands because they are taller.

Reason: Spelling
It is just a leveling kit, I was worried about if I was going to need taller jack stands. I am hoping I won't need any taller. If I do, I have somethings at work I can put them on to be taller.
Well I got er dun today. The lift is on and it looks and rides great. I put a 19 inch breaker bar with a 3 foot cheater bar and they came right off. They are some long winded sob's though. The lift rides great and looks really good also. Thanks for all your replies. Sometimes you just need to hear it is not that hard just do it. ToMang07 thanks for the idea of turning the wheel to get to the passenger side bolt. Once I turned the wheel all the way to the right I was able to get my socket with an extension and breaker bar on. I was about to ride to the store to buy a 30 mm wrench to put on it on I remembered you said I could turn the wheel to get to it. I will post up some pics in a different thread with a little more info for other people and search function later.
I have been reading about how difficult these are going to be to remove. Well yesterday I crawled under the truck and tried to give one of them a turn with a breaker bar. Damn those are tight.
I have an impact that has a max rating of 500 ftlbs, and I am thinking about going and picking up one that has a little more *** to it.
Any tips on removing these. What did you guys use to remove them.
I am going to be putting the lift on next Tuesday, that is when my adjustable track bar is supposed to be here, and I want to have all my tools lined up and ready for the job.
I am putting it on here at work, I have a torch at work so I will probably put some heat to them and then hit them with some water.
An impact looks like it is going to be difficult to get on the bolt because of the drag link that is in front of it.
I have been putting PB Blaster on all the bolts everyday this week. So I am hoping they will be ready to come loose easy by next Tuesday.
Here is my stack of goodies and tools ready to put on. I have another floor jack that is not in the photo.
I have all the sockets, and wrenches. I have put a socket on every bolt that needs to come out.
The only bolts that are concerning me are the track bar bolts.
