4wd conversion E350
has anyone here in the van section converted to 4wd .
caught up with one of my old 4wheeling buddies yesterday and he told me he has a Dana 60 to bolt into my 94 diesel clubwagon. he told me it is from a Quigly conversion, so it should be a bolt in.
anybody done this conversion or have some pics of a dana60 front in a 92& up E350?
I'm working on trading him some of my 73-79 parts/trucks for it, I think I even have the trans I need from an E450 cube van.
funny when I first brought my clubwagon home in August, first thing my dad asked was "so when are you going to make it 4wd" I hadn't really though much about it until yesterday
sure has gears turning.......................wife just rolls her eyes at me

It will NOT bolt in.
You will have to cut off most of the front end, redo the steering, brakelines, etc. You will also need the correct front springs, quigley's brackets, and depending on when it was built; their 4 point suspension parts, etc.
You would be better off contacting UJOR/U-Joint OffRoad and getting their kit, cutting the extra stuff off your dana, and welding on new perches, shock mounts, etc. Up front cost would be less if you don't have 100% of the Quigley axles suspension stuff.
You'll also need the proper transfer case either way.
