when i start my truck (warmed up or cold)it runs rough for appx 45 seconds -1minute,then smooths out..Hooked up AE to see what the injectors are up to and at start up,injectors 2,4,6,8 are as suppose to be,1,3,5,7 well, they take turns, rotational volisty with cylinder 1 will be between 4-6 then smoth out then 3 will do the same and so on.after the mentioned time all injectors run form 0-1.3..To see these readings,I set up AE then start the truck. Is this ok to do??Why is my right bank doing this??Truck is in sig below

I didn't see the 50-cent mod in your sig. It sounds like your UVCH on the passenger side might have issues. I'd ohm out the GPs and do a buzz test.
That is strange. What do you have for a fuel supply to the heads? Could it be air working its way out to the fuel rail on that bank? Have you looked at ICP while monitoring those cylinders and see if it fluctuates with that cylinder's rotational velocity?

new UVCH, no need for the 50c mod..buzz test passes, new GPs. have the GP led and it showes to be working, may need to ohm them just to make sure

stock fuel supply (for now) with FRX and yarbro pump.I did not watch ICP with AE but use scan guage II and watch ICP,IPR,Volts and RPM on it..ICP and IPR seams to be steady. "Fuel rail leaking" IDK, wouldnt I have a fuel leak or some other signs?? Fuel pressure is at 70psi and is pretty steady..
Could this be in the tuning??Live tuning date is 05/04.I have went down to Jodys and ended up having a bad injector so he couldnt do the tuning, that has been fixed.
My truck idles rougher at times upon first start up. Sometimes it idles smooth. It always fixes itself. That may be what you're experiencing also. I don't worry about it because it isn't constant and kind of "hit or miss" kind of deal.
It's telling that just the passenger side is giving fits. I'm guessing from this point on:
Cylinder Contribution Test?passes- What are common symptoms with a flakey CPS?using black CPS
How about the basics like intake restriction and oil level (dipstick and HPOP)?AFE Big boost filter all oil fresh and full less than 800 miles

yea, but mine does it every time.It does straighten out and runs fine, its weird but i have had a lot if issues with the pass side bank.i guess i will see @ live tuning..

Even with new UVCH connectors, there was a recent post where the center pin was burned up. Is it worth closer inspection, to play it safe?
