Sharp truck!!
If you want my honest opinion, stick with the Ford ignition. Accell has gone downhill in the past years and I wouldn't put it on anything. I doubt you would really notice any difference with Accell.
The Ford system is a very reliable ignition system and is hard to beat.. In all the years I've driven and owned Fords, I've only had one ignition module go out, nothing else. If anything happens to go out, replace it with Motorcraft parts, or any auto parts store has the stuff to get you by.
If you are looking to "upgrade", go with MSD. If your truck has the duraspark II, do NOT put a square coil on it. The coil will burn out the factory module if revved over 6000 rpm's.

Welcome to FTE, Pedro!
I'm also with Dave on this one. An MSD unit would be a good upgrade but unless there is something wrong with your stock components or if you have made other upgrades to your engine, just stick with the stock DSII components. If you were to upgrade your coil and go the MSD route, you probably could get away with using a stock square coil and reap the same benefits as buying an Accel unit without the expense.
Love the colors on your truck - very classy!
