just an fyi when you took it out of you set it on concrete the battery is toast . concrete affects the acid inside .
what i can tell is two things if you set it on concrete you killed what cells it had left and hooking the neg up first then pos jolts the cells and could of done more damage.

i think what happened is that when you moved the battery out of the truck and then put it back in you moved it enough to disturb the internal plates, making it loose a connection on one of the plates.
