Speedometer, Odometer, Cruise Control not working
My speedometer, odometer & cruise control quit working and I think the transmission overdrive is also not working on my 95' Aerostar 2wd, 3.0L engine. I replaced the speed sensor that sits above the rear differential, but that didn't help. i wondering if something needs to be reset? Help!

If you've replaced the speed sensor in the diff, I think you'll need to troubleshoot the PSOM (Programmable Speedometer/Odometer Module) next. Hopefully, someone will come along and explain that, as I've never had to play with it. You might try searching this forum for that term.

check the fuses. these ATCs can fool a guy, best to sub a new one.
F8 switched 12v to PSOM etc.
F17 continuous 12v to PSOM
the PSOM is mounted on a daugher board that spring contacts mounts on the dash speedo/function board behind the dash. the spring contacts do get corroded.
