Every US made Bronco was 4 wheel drive and had only one tank. Only known exceptions are some South American Broncos were offered with 2wd and the Centurion conversions which were based off of F250s
Basically no you cannot run true duals down both sides of the truck. It is possible to run both pipes down the pass side as NewEnglander mentioned.

Driver's side is a bad idea anyway. You get closer to high pressure fuel lines, filters and electrical harnesses down the driver's side of the truck. Not exactly the kinds of components that are friendly with exhaust systems. I'll chime in here and agree with NewEnglander's suggestion to keep to the passenger side and if you want to run two pipes, just run them side-by-side and don't forget the cross-over pipe between them.
