Transmission Computer Wiring

I decided to put a FI302 and AOD into my 48 F!. I have a 89 FI wiring harness. will this harness work with a later, 94. AODE transmission? I am thinking that the AODE has two electrical conections and the earlier AOD has only one. Can I get this transmission to work properly with the 89 harness?
Thanks for any help.

Not without a standalone transmission controller.

Thanks for the information. When you add the controller the transmission is not as good a deal.
