need help no spark

I have seen a few things posted about this but none seem to help me. I have a 73 with a 360. It has a msd 6AL. I have done the tests that msd suggests. I have no spark to the plugs. I have had it running many times and now all it does is crank. I also have a painless wiring harness. I have replaced the coil,cap,rotors,plugs and wires. I also bought a stock ignition module but can't find the proper wiring diagram. I have a stock distributor. Please help if you can.

Id try eliminating the msd first.Ive had them go bad.
Getting spark off coil?

Common problems are bad pickup in dist,distributor plug dried up/broken/bad connection,

Well there is no plug on the distributor. The guy I bought it from cut it. I'm finding out this guy had no clue to what he was doing. Yes I have spark off the coil.

Well if the coil is firing, depending on what circumstances you exercised to make it fire, then I would blame wires, pickup, or a bad connection.

The part I don't understand is the truck was running an hour before this happened. I took it for a 10 mile ride. That's why I'm dumbfounded. I think I may have found a wire diagram that will work. Thanks for the help. It's vary much appreciated!
