Need some Info
Hi there, I just joined and believe this will help me with my project.
1953 Ford f100
Some one has already been at it replacing stock running gear with that of a AMC 360 4x4!! not a bad job but not my thing.
Here is my plan,mustang II front end, 302(331) stroker,AOD tranny,8.8 rear!
Already purchased- TCI mustang II kit with coilspring, power rack and pinion, 4-link rear coilover
and a 1991 crownvictoria for engine,transmisson,rearend.
I have began construction, sorry striping of the 53, Just have to remove cab now.
Any information would be great, such as should the whole frame be boxed or just the front? header info for room anything that would make this build easier. I won't a hot rod that you can afford to drive and look cool.
