Transmission floor hump
I have owned 2 '71 F250s Sport customs (camper specials), one with a C6 and the other NP435. Although it has been several years since I got rid of the C6 truck, I sure do not remember it having a "low" hump. I do remember all the girls that found it akward having to straddle that big hump in the middle, though on the C6 
Funny, what makes you remember some things and forget so much more. Anyway, it coulda had a low hump, but I don't think so.

Transmission floor hump
I just replaced the C6 in my 69 Ranger this weekend and I was glad I had the high hump. You have to jack up the trans about 2 inches to clear the rear mount and the extra space was appreciated.
