Made me Chuckle
Well we had one of those big old dumps of wet snow yesterday .
So my daughter asks me will bossie work in the snow . (Bossie) is what she has named her Mercury ,she's 16 go figure . So I asked her why and she says cause mom's truck is a 4x4 and I thought you needed that for the snow .I told her trust me she will do fine . Guess she never thought about how it managed from 1949 - 1968 .

The trucks worked fine ,what they could have used back then were M&S radial tires.

Sorry it's pretty well melted again and I never thought to take pictures (not really a novelty here , ya know what I mean)

Or didya mean the trucks

I was talking about the grins you both had on with the truck in the snow.... I have to drive a couple hours to play in the snow.... Down here we don't see snow that often....

That is pretty good oldmerc but look at this one that a friend took in Maryland in Feb 2010 near where I used to live. I think that you would have needed your wife's 4x4.
