Building a C4 for power.
I've rebuilt a few C4's and one C6 as bone stock units. Now I want to rebuild a C4 (it's a '72 car unit) to handle about 300HP.
I've always had success, but I've never rebuilt one of these units for power, and I am wondering what parts and mods people are using these days to toughen these things up?
Yes, I know about the C6 and AOD's, but in this case I want the C4. A few years ago a friend of mine built up a C4 and put it behind a 351W making about 350HP and it held up fine, but he's no longer around to ask.
What can you tranny guys tell me, or does anybody know a good website about this? Thanks, Polkat

You will find more information on C4's here than you would have ever believed existed on the planet.
Look at the botton for the C4 archives.
