Torque value and sequence
lets see I will try and make this as easy as possible but if someone can make it easier to understand by all means post it !
11 7 3 2 6 10 14 >intake/exh side
1 2 3 4 5 6
13 9 5 1 4 8 12 >spark plug side
The numbers 1-6 are the 6 cylinders
The numbers 1- 14 are the head bolts and they are numbered in the correct sequence
Torque them in 3 steps I do 30 ft lbs then 50 ft lbs and the final 85 ft lbs
If you use the fel-pro perma torque gasket ( I highly recommend them) you do not need to retorque the head .
