I want 6x9s in the rear of my 92 f150 reg cab xlt

But its meant to have 4x6's, do they make a low profile speaker box that will fit nice when the seats slide back and still sounds decent? Also if anyone has made any, pics of them would be nice to get an idea if i decide to make some.

Your stock size speaker is 6x8. There are lots of brands to choose from. Problem is the seat will absorb some of the sound. Small 6x9 boxes should fit behind the seat. Google should get you plenty of styles.

Try these:
Xscorpion SP-AD6957 6"x9" to 5"x7" or 6"x8" Speaker Adapter

They allow you to use a 6x9 in the rear 6x8 hole
