Which way?
Should i face my sub. I am going to build a box for behind the seat of my reg cab f150. anyone have any sugestions? Should it face the seat or the back. In my bronco i had it facing the back window and the fiberglass top amplified the sound well.
Thanks for any input

face it forward. putting it to the rear will make a LOT of rattling. You will be feeling some direct bass from the speakers through the seats, but it still is way better than facing the subs to the rear.

Ever car/truck sounds different. Try both ways and see what you like.

It is going behind my reg cab trucks seat and i have to make it angled. so what i choose to begin with is what i am stuck with.
I do know what you mean though, i tried facing my sub i my bronco both ways and i liked it better facing the rear.

prolly forward
the back of the box will must likely be rigght on the cab wall without much room for sound to travel out

in my truck, i tried it foward... was awesome...
i tried it facing back... sounded awesome, just pounded like hell on my window.
i tried it facing up, sounded awesome again, yet the massage on my back was gone.
i ended up facing them forward again.... ahh the massage felt so good ic oudlnt' live without it. It seriously helps my back out.
