That has got to me the longest sentence in history.
Understood the first part...starter engaged without the key. Like stated, either wired incorrectly or stuck closed.
The rest of your question....no clue what it is saying or asking!
Not trying to be mean, but all of us here like grammar and punctuation, as well as spacing and paragraphs.

I thought it was the solenoid, so I replaced it, and now I have no power. The battery is charged, I have power to the new solenoid and to the fuse able links, and past the links but nothing in the cab.
^^^ Edited for clarity.
Did you hook all the wires up to the solenoid like they were when you took it off? Did you put the red wire on the right post on the solenoid?
Also, check your battery cables to be sure they're all tight and connected properly. If the connections are a little dirty, sandpaper can clean up the connectors pretty good, as well as the battery posts.
The ignition switch (halfway down the steering column) & the linkage that operates it, need to be in adjustment with each other........adjustment instructions are in the manuals (Haynes etc).
Does the key feel normal to turn? It's not uncommon to have parts break inside the column, that operate the switch linkage.
The switch itself can also get sticky & benefit from cleaning & lubing with dielectric grease (or just replacing) - but if this was all that was wrong, it should have still switched off when you turned the key backwards.
