Bumper step pads

Bumper step pads

Does anybody know how difficult it is to remove the front and rear bumper step pads. Also, once removed, can you use the same pad or do you have to replace?

im guessing you just remove by pushing on tabs from below?

Got me....I only ask these questions because I am out of the country and am making a list of things I need to get done to my truck when I get home and I have a very short amount of time to deal with, so I am trying to get as much info before hand as possible....

There is a way to remove it, although I am not sure how. Haven't really looked. My dealer just replaced my rear bumper and when I got it back it has the same pad on it. So, it should be able to be done.
