Are your injectors Ford Remans or some other brand? It's possible you have one not quite up to snuff. A ScanGauge may show a contribution/balance code. And like Benny suggested, an AE will for sure pick it off either through a KOER test or Power Balance test if it is in deed a week injector.
The Yukon is a little far for me to drive with my AE...though I wouldn't mind visiting the area some day.

Not sure where you getting your blue spring, but if your local source doesn't have it...check with Clay at RiffRaff
You say "after it warms up", what is your actual "temperature" ? Do you know your fuel pressure? Has the turbo been cleaned, and can you command it open and closed and hear a difference? Has an injector buzz test been performed? How about a cylinder balance test? What are yor FICM voltages when cold, cranking, warm? All guesses from this side. Test, verify, repair.
i dont have any gauges yet so i cant tell you what the temp is,but i can say that i have been driving at hwy speeds for at least 25 miles after a 15-20 min warm up. the turbo not sure what you mean "command it open and closed" i can hear it change when the truck is warming up. im going to talk to my buddy with his scanner and see if he can do those tests. the ficm has just been repaired by ed and was reading 47 volts running.
I can always grab one and stick it on Air North for you if you need one sooner haha. Hopefully the blue spring fixes it! I want to get one in mine soon!

it is in-route as we speak but thanks for the offer
im thinking that this might be coming from the torque converter, the last two days when this shudder happens i just let it shudder. (most of the time i would step on the throttle and it will stop) i noticed that the motor does not sound like it is missing, it has a steady rev to it.
My truck used to shudder, but at lower speeds than yours. It was the rubber boot around the carrier bearing. It was worn out allowing the drive shaft to flop around in the bracket.

no steady bearing is in great shape and all u joints on dive-shaft and axles are great shape
