Hell what haven't you replaced , theres not much more to do . Do you have a way to check engine vitals like a scangauge you really need one. Also have you checked fuel pressure . Don't see BLUE SPRING on your list.

yes there is a lot of things there. the blue spring upgrade is coming soon. i have a mech friend that has a shop scanner (that how i found out my ficm was gone) but other than those codes nothing comes up for this problem. i also going to get torque pro app for my phone.

so its a 2005 truck

I dont see that you have done Standpipes and dummey plugs on your list and being an 05 its common problem any hot hard starts or have they been changed already You need to monitor ICP and IPR% for HPO concerns

other than that Im with Dave gona need some gauges to check into it good

So did all that stuff on your list go out???

Was it just part changing to try and remedy this issue besides the FICM

yes it is a 2005 sorry i forgot that info. not too sure what you mean for standpipes and dummy plugs. for hot hard starts, i have never had a hard time starting hot or cold. yes i need to start monitoring these things.(scangauge should of been my first purchase) all the stuff done prior to aug 10 was done on warranty and my father in-law had the truck. the shudder started after i did one bank of injectors and egr delete.(but not right after) than the other side had a injector go so i did the other bank. the shudder was still there(that wasn't the reason for the injector change)all the other stuff was replaced because they needed to be.

Ok Im with Ya NOW

Standpipes and Dummey Plugs are part of the HPO system and tend to have a High Fail Rate on 05+ MY there parts with Oring seals that tend to leak and there are now updated Parts to fix.

But Honestly since you said it starts good Hot/Cold you just dont hsave the symtoms of these parts failing so dont jump on them right away. I just brought them up since they were NOt on your list.

IMO it would be best to get a ScanGaugeII or AE with the Ford Bundle to start checking some things out.

SGII is a Great unit for 160.00
BUT
AE with the Ford Bundle is the Best for a DIY if in the Budget I totaly beleive whatever you get will pay for itself in the long run as all the Scanners and code readers I have purchased have paid for themselves many times over

Now when the truck studders at 50-60mph is that all the time or just at first when the trucks getting hot.

It kinda sounds like a Bad Injector but must do some testing first PLUS there not that Old

this could end up being a few diffrent things so some Diagnostic equiptment is almost a must

it may have the new o rings i do see a bunch of o ring kits and such on some of the work orders. i think it is going to be a scan gauge that i'm going to get,it is nice to have it right there all the time. the shudder is real faint. i can warm up the truck for over 20 min and drive it 25 miles and its there, but the rest of the day cant really notice it. also some times that first run (warm up and 25 miles) is the only run it does. it did seemed to calm down a little after i did a oil change, but i still can notice it. i thought it could be a injector but other than that shudder(and no codes) it run so smooth that my mech friend cant believe how smooth it runs. i don't know! i'm starting to wonder if it is not the motor and maybe the trany ???

I too would look at fuel pressure, and do the Blue Spring update. Its a start and should be done anyway.

Also it would be nice to know what the HPO pressure is at those speeds, as well as desired.

Check your carrier bearing on the drive shaft. And the rubber boot around it.

I had the same issue on mine. I ended up doing the heads and it also had 2 bad injectors. Since you have had the heads done I am guessing injectors. I dont have the blue spring yet either but I am gonna get on it.

You say "after it warms up", what is your actual "temperature" ? Do you know your fuel pressure? Has the turbo been cleaned, and can you command it open and closed and hear a difference? Has an injector buzz test been performed? How about a cylinder balance test? What are yor FICM voltages when cold, cranking, warm? All guesses from this side. Test, verify, repair.
