got the headliner cut and in turned out really well. never made one out of abs but I'm very happy with the out come.
got the rear door loom rubbers in. bought enough for all doors but there to small for fronts

built a bracket for the brake controller, sucked it way back up under the dash. It stuck out way to far.

I got it local here in slc, laird plastics. About 50 a sheet, but no glue and no fabric material. the 16th inch was a little to flimisy so I went with 1/8th. I would think any industrial plastic place would have it in stock. One side is textured so thats the size I used.
I watched a few videos the other day and a few people were putting fiberglass and resin on the original boards and stiffening them up, may also be an option to look at.

I bought the seats together fronts and rears out of an 05 or 06 dodge cant quiet remember. but 99.9 percent they would be the exact same for ether year. the 03 to 04.5 have a wider hide away bin under the front seats middle console, its the only difference I know of up until at least 06...
