You can find this info on the Ford Truck MFG web site. You can pick up a Ford Towing Guide at the dealership. Tow ratings will also depend on your selection of motor, rear-end ratio, and 2WD vs 4WD.

The FAQ lists them. I would imagine that the 6.0L specs are a tad higher than the 7.3L since it is a bit lighter. You'll definantly be in the infield of the ballpark with the figures listed.

With the 03 you will be right around 13,500 fifth wheel weight.
That's just app. to get you started. The trailer dealer should have this info as wheel. Hope this helps some.

Another place you can check is www.trailerlife.com. They have a listing for all vehicles or all makes...yes even Chebbys. Just remember that you are looking at the max weight. You need to drop about 600 lbs for your add's. like water. clothes etc. and If you wife packs like mine you might want to drop about 1000lbs. She really likes to pack it in. What kind of trailer are you planning on getting or have?.
