bad alternator?
the starter went bad recently in my 77 pickup and my guess is that the alternator is bad to. the battery just wont hold a charge (brand new battery) and when i had my lights on they would dim if i pressed the throttle. the wiring in this pickup is kinda crazy i think the previous owner just did what he could to get it running. so should i replace the starter and the alternator or just the starter? and should i try and do all the re-wiring or leave it? any advice helps thanks!
