f150 vs lightning
i know that besides the supercharger there are a lot of differances between a lightning and a stock f150 5.4L. I hear that the Lightning uses aftermarket pistons, rods, and crank. Is that true? Is it possible to buy these anywhere for an f150? Does anyone know the specific differances in these parts vs the stock ones on a normal f150?

I don't know for certain, but I would say go to ford racing and you can probably buy the exact mods that the lightning has for your 5.4. I'm not sure what exactly the lightning has, but I know for a fact you can buy those parts from somebody.
