We were changing a rotor, caliper, and pads on a '99 F350 dually. The problem was with the new rotor and hub spacer bolted on the frame for the caliper would hit the rotor and lock the rotor. The old one had signs of wear from this issue. Now the only thing I can see is the hub face like where the rotor fits against is out about 3/16 further than the pass side. The real question here is is the hub just spaced out a lil further cause it's the wrong one? Or could it be the hub is going out and somehow is walking over? The problem started a day after it sat and he noticed the truck would pull to the right, but the left rotor was steaming hot. The hub feels tight and rolls smooth. No real signs that the hub is going out.

Sounds like a Late 99 rotor and an Early 99 hub. E99 front hubs can go out to Mar or April, 1999. When I got new rotors for my E99 I had to specicically order rotors for an E99.
