Question one-piece or two-piece

Help! How Do I tell If I have one-piece or two-piece hub and rotor. Does the one piece have a welded seam between the rotor and hub casing?

On a 2-piece hub/rotor, the rotor typically bolts onto the hub via the wheel mounting studs. On a one-piece, the wheel studs thread/press directly into the rotor/hub center. Most vehicles have a one-piece setup.

Thanks, I figured it out. Once I tapped out the studs, the hub fell off the rotor. It just wouldn't budge while on the truck. I was reading my Ford Truck Owners Bible, and they said that one-piece rotors/hubs, dissipate heat a lot better too.

All the 4x4's I've ever seen are two pieces, the 4x2's are one piece.
