Looks to be a 57 Ford (F350?) with a custom body. Ford sold bare frame with cowl forward sheetmetal and mechanicals to companies that built special use bodies on them like fire trucks, ambulances, buses, delivery vans, etc. It would only be a wild guess what engines Ford might have offered in the UK. The body styling looks to have been built in Europe rather than the US.
Most vehicles sold in the UK during that time period had tiny engines as they were taxed by size/horsepower - Fire/special purpose vehicles may have been exempt
Europe has some of the most interesting trucks. It would so cool to have one to take to shows here. I'd bet you'd have a bunch of "Experts" scratching their heads while telling you all about it.

That happens here too, lol. Experts standing around scratching but mostly not their heads. At the car/truck shows around here there invariably is a couple of dudes that know all about how and why and most everything else about your build except they never done it themselves before.
Do body pannels come up for sale like the front valance.Because if the water pump is removed there will be a large gap in the front valance.Who were could one be brought if one can. Thanks Pete in the uk
If the panels are factory Ford parts they do, but it would probably be best to put a "wanted" ad in the classified section here. Sheet metal isn't listed as often because of shipping costs most buy/sell locally.
If you can't find one, that center section of the valance should not be difficult for a competent body man to fabricate.
Be sure to post a lot of pictures!
