Check into the Wright brand of tools---still USA made & great quality, fairly priced with guarantee too! Well worth looking into at the local level--internet sales don't do you any favors over what can typically be found with someone near by.
I have used a 2135ti for 6 years, and still works great. I bought a used Blue point off the Mac-tool truck for $40 that is basically a 231, for the house it is good also but 1 lb heavier than the 2135. I also have a 2115ti that replaced a HF us general that was slightly bigger but beat the ***** off the 2115 at $125 less, but they no longer make it but Northern tool and supply sell the same tool and have their own sticker on it. I have several die grinders from HF and they all work great and are cheap.
