Steering box clunk.

I have been hearing a clunk when turning at slow speeds in parking lots and such for the last month or so. It seems to be getting progressively worse. I put it on the hoist today and got someone to turn the wheel while I went underneath to see it I could find the problem. It turns out that the pitman arm shaft that goes through the steering box is moving side to side. The noise is caused by it hitting the steering box. It is not leaking.
Can I adjust this, or do I need a new box?

Sounds like you have a perfect excuse to jump on that Redhead steering box group buy.

With as many miles as you have, I'd replace the box.
