had to go out and look under the truck to try and understand what youre talking about......are you referring to the thin metal plates that guard the rear rotors from rocks and stuff? the things that hold the brakes in place are part of the axle.....if its just the plates that guard the rear rotors i would just find a local junkyard and snag some up....
By shot do you mean the plate itself is rusted? If so you would have to buy new ones (expensive) or used from a wrecker... You have to pull the axle to replace them. I bought one from a wrecker and there was a small difference compared to my original one. The small difference was enough that the parking brake pads wouldnt work with them and I had to get another backing plate....
