Smoked headlights....

anyone bought these? I see alot on ebay...

I own smoked headlights made by Eagle eyes (from Ebay). In short, they hurt your light output. I still love the way they look though.

Do u have a pic? I have Retro Solutions HID's now...I just like the daytime tinted look.. (stock lights with tint).

I had them but they didn't pass inspection in TX so I swapped for clear. They did look good though and had better light output than the old frosted pieces of crap.

They have some tinted spray for headlights in the can at most autoparts places and Walmart, I might have to try some on my work truck before I do the Ex.

Why buy a light and reduce it's output?
Kinda like buying tires and shaving the tread off.

That being said, I have in the past had my headlights blacked out on a "show" vehicle, with the covers being made of tinted vinyl, that was removed when done with the show.
