Need help
I have an 04 f350 with the 6.0l, banks six gun and speedbrake. my problem is it keeps having turbo blow back fits that have been getting worse over the last year and nobody seems to be able to figure it out. it only seems to happen under load, usually around 10000lbs. it doesnt just happen under hard acceleration then letting off, now its whenn im goin up a hill it will do it till i slow right down again. any suggestions?

Is that with the 6 gun in stock power (level 1) or are you running it with a higher level? If you are try running it in stock power level when pulling that heavy.

Have you tried taking the Six Gun completely out the of the equation to see if your troubles continue? At 10k pounds, your just starting to work the truck.

Ya thought of that, that's my next attempt, how would that be any different than running it on stock level though?

For the record, since no one has said it yet...your not doing your engine or tranny any favors by running the 6 gun. If you haven't "built them up"...either think about it soon or plan on replacing some expensive parts.

What should my numbers be for the sensors, my elevation is about 2100 ft. And thanks zhilton, I have a bit done, exhaust, intake, egr delete, and head studs. Nothing for the tranny yet but that's next if I can get this fixed ever.

At KOEO they should all be the same, since baro reads atmospheric pressure and with the engine off the intake and exhaust manifolds aren't under pressure or vacuum.
BARO pressure will be somewhere around 14-14.4, 2100 ft shouldn't throw it off anymore than the weather normally would on a given day.
For KOEO, idle, high idle:
Baro 14-14-14
MAP 14-14-15
EBP 15-15-16

Less than a week? Did you do the "quick Vgt" relearn trick? I was thinking maybe the Vgt was stil learning, I would think that a week would be enough, but it has to be up to operating temp idling for it to go through it on its own

Ok, with KOEO on the one wire I have five volts then go to the middle wire I have about 1.4 volts. From what I understand that should be five volts still, correct? If I'm doin the pressure test right I am getting no pressure at all while idle.
