ok, lets start over again. you have an 88 F250 that will only run if you pour gas in the thottle body.
what engine, and what have you done to it so far?

Its a 88 with a 460.
Changed fuel filters.
Changed computer.
Starts right up by pouring gas in it and will keep running if you pump the gas pedal.
Ive got a thread going right now about leaking fuel injectors that isnt listed in my threads started either. something funkys going on.
As far as your problem goes, let me make sure ive got this.. start the truck by spraying gas down the TB, and then to keep it running, you need to keep your foot on the throttle... do you have to "pump" the pedal to keep it running, or will it run with the pedal kept at a certain position?

You have to pump the pedal.
When your leg gets tired and you cant pump anymore it quits ...........
i don't see where pumping the pedal will make any difference, because with fuel injection there is no accelerator pump.
all the throttle does is controls the amount of air going into the engine. it has nothing to do with the amount of gas going in.
What happens if you floor the pedal? Odd problems like this make me think vacuum leak. I would check all of your vacuum hoses that you can, make sure none are visibly broken, cracked, or disconnected. You also need to pull codes from the computer. I wouldnt think it is the fuel pump relay personally, if you can hear the fuel pump running when you stick the key to the start position, and if you can hear it running steadily while the truck runs...I wouldnt think fuel pump relay. But, you can swap it with the horn relay in the power distribution box and see if theres any change.

Maybe your on to something , its not fuel related its air.

I put a code reader (Cheap one) on it and it doesnt read any codes.
