I can't give you a number, but I always just take the build to the auto store and say I need one of these and they always have it. Its nothing special.
Majority of the Ford part supplier's carry the 'styleside' tail light lens. LMC likely the least expensive source at around $37 ea. Posting a link to ebay that looks somewhat used may be worth the asking $10 but it's only for the lf. Also, imagine there's a few FTE members who has one laying around.

The seller claims the set fits Broncos and pickup; my experience w/ ebay is in most cases the seller knows what he/she is talking about but it's best to do your own research.
1961/66 Parklamp/Brakelamp DOUBLE filament bulb = #1157 (#1034 can also be used) / License plate bulb = #97.
#1156 is a SINGLE filament 12V bulb, was ONLY used in parklamp sockets without turn signals. Was also used as a backup lamp bulb on 1956 and later Passenger Cars, 1967 and later Trucks/Bronco's and Econolines.

btw: The ONLY red bulb I'm aware of is a 12V single filament and was used in the instrument clusters of 1963/64 Studebaker Avanti's ~ Studebaker part number: 1557882 / There is no industry number for this bulb.
