Programmer/chip? Decision time!!

Mine really doesn't start boosting until 2000+ rpms. Could that be because of the Cali emissions crap. Just ordered the f-6 chip. Can wait to plug it in. With the stock split shots I should see some serious changes in this beast!! I sure hope the weather stays nice so I can do some work on the stacks
