FWIW, I noticed no difference when swapping to a modded 17° HPOP in either Whitey or PDE. Don't expect a huge change from the HPOP.

If your only getting to ~30% DC, your tuner isn't asking for 3000psi of ICP, in an attempt to keep you from setting the CEL and codes.. If you were calling for 3000psi and only holding ~2200psi, the DC would rise to 50+% in an attempt to get the pressure up to what the tuning is asking for. If you call for ICP and cannot hold pressure even at 50+% DC, you will set the CEL and trip a code.

Gotcha... my big thing is i'd rather have overkill on things like cooling and fuel supply than power and performance...

Copy, I just didn't want you thinking that swapping to a T500 HPOP was going to make this remarkable difference then have you be disappointed when the change is very small to completely undetectable.

I appreciate that! Lol I think from everything that I understand, the HPOP is one of those behind the scene things... you don't really pay attention to it and it doesn't make a difference until it quits workin lol

That's why I said MAY notice a BIT more power. Like chase said, maybe, maybe not, but not a lot for sure.

Thanks Travis. That helps. I switched to my tow setting and it hit 2500psi at one point. I need to mess with the gauge settings so I can catch the numbers easier.

If your injectors want more oil than your pump can supply, you'll never see their potential.

and upgraded hpop will make a difference, however you might not ever notice it with the butt dyno.
