Wouldn't it be easier to remove the front tire and the inner fender lining to help get at it? Sorry about all the questions.

No its ok. Yea i thought about removing the tire a little late, i already had the cherry picker's legs under the front end and didnt have any where to easily and safely lift the tuck. But i would remove the front tire to make it easier to get to. I did remove the little inner fender piece behind the shock, that allowed me to get to the front bolts and be able to grab th front of the cooler. I didnt remove the whole inner fender lining, seemed like one more thing i didnt want to take off.

The factory plugs are an internal 1/4" and they are tight. there is one on the drivers side rear and one behind the starter. I had to use a small air impact wrench to remove them. Both must be removed to completely flush and drain.

Replace them with a brass hex head, 1/4 npt pipe plug and you will never have a problem again.

I said f*&^ it to the drivers side even after soaking it with pb blaster, but got the passenger side bolt out. The water came out clean after the garden hose flush, so im not worried about left over green stuff.
